Unfortunately the law in South Australia insists that animals be under the direct care of a veterinarian to be able to prescribe drugs. This means that in the most part we are unable to prescribe any medications from a phone call and we are not able to give repeats on prescriptions if we have not seen the animal recently.

Credit

Unfortunately a few bad experiences have lead this clinic to have a strict no-account policy. All accounts must be paid in full at the time of consultation. We accept EFTPOS, credit or cash and cheques from regular clients. If money is an issue please let the vet know and they will try and work out an option that you can afford that will still help your pet. We do offer GE finance with a 6 month interest free period for amounts over $300.

Dissatisfied services

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your service we encourage you to ring or write to the practice manager. We dont like hearing of any dissatisfaction and will try and find a way to resolve any issues.
