Mission Statement

We endeavor to treat you and your pet with care and respect. We try to help you and your pet through all of its lifetime stages, from puppyhood to middle age and into geriatric and palliative care.

1. An animal's welfare shall come first at all times.
2. We listen to every question you have, and do our best to answer them to your satisfaction.
3. We try to accomodate any requests you have regarding your pet or our availability to treat your pet.
4. We treat all animals with equal respect regardless of species or ownership.
5. We treat all deceased animals with respect and dignity.
6. We try to alleviate or manage all forms of pain in all animals.
7. We will treat an animal as part of a family and look at the overall picture.
8. We maintain your records objectively and completely and you may request a copy of the records at any time.
9. You are entitled, without prejudice, to request a second opinon at any time.
10. You will be offered a range of treatment plans and we shall try and help you make an informed decision for your pet and your family.
11. We are involved in supporting the community by being involved in school visits and talks and by assisting with unowned fauna without financial gain.
12. We ensure that our nurses and veterinarians keep their skills and knowledge up to date with recent developments in veterinary science.
